About the Role

We are seeking a professional to advise clients on the development and implementation of AI strategies, transformation roadmaps, and governance models. This role involves leading complex AI and data-driven transformation programs, identifying and prioritizing AI use cases with measurable business impact, and guiding organizations through change processes.

Responsibilities

  • Advising clients on the development and implementation of AI strategies, transformation roadmaps, and governance and operating models.
  • Leading and managing complex AI and data-driven transformation programs with responsibility for time, budget, quality, and stakeholder management.
  • Identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing AI and data-driven use cases with measurable business impact.
  • Supporting executives and organizations in change processes and developing sustainable change management and enablement concepts.
  • Designing and moderating workshops, management meetings, steering committees, and executive presentations.
  • Advising on AI governance, Responsible AI, and regulatory requirements such as the EU AI Act.
  • Collaborating with business units, IT, data, and AI teams for the successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Supporting new project acquisition, proposal preparation, and the development of long-term customer relationships.
  • Contributing to the development of our consulting portfolio and the market positioning of AI transformation topics (e.g., expert presentations).

Requirements

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration, business informatics, computer science, engineering, or a comparable degree program.
  • Several years of professional experience in a management consultancy or a comparable transformation function.
  • Sound experience in conducting transformation, digitalization, data, or AI projects.
  • Demonstrable understanding of current AI technologies and their potential for business models, processes, and organizations.
  • Experience in managing complex stakeholder structures and collaborating with executives and decision-makers.
  • Knowledge in the areas of AI governance, data governance, change management, or operating model design is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a structured and solution-oriented approach to work.
  • Excellent communication, moderation skills, and a confident demeanor at management and C-level.
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
