About the Role

HFH Healthcare meets the growing need for complex care by providing specialist nurse-led services to adults and children in their own homes. We partner with NHS Continuing Healthcare teams to enable individuals to remain at home even with highly complex healthcare needs. We deliver care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Responsibilities

  • Provide specialist nurse-led services to adults and children in their own homes.
  • Deliver care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
  • Work day or night shifts, including weekends, within the Crawley area.
  • Support clients with complex clinical needs for approximately 11 hours throughout the day.

Requirements

  • Must be enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable.
  • Must be able to work day or night shifts, including weekends.
  • Must be able to work within the Crawley area.
  • Employment managed via PAYE, removing the need for third-party companies or self-calculation of tax, protecting from IR35 tax regulations.

Salary/Compensations

  • Up to £30,030 per annum for a live-in carer working a 2-weeks on, 2-weeks off pattern (26 weeks a year).
