About the Role

We are recruiting experienced Complex Care Assistants to join a dedicated team supporting a remarkable lady living in Lambeth. Our client requires specialist support including tracheostomy and ventilator care and is looking for professional, proactive, and committed carers to help her continue living life on her own terms. This is a one-to-one package where you'll work with the same client throughout your shift, allowing you to build a genuine working relationship and deliver truly personalised care.

Responsibilities

Providing one-to-one support in the client's home
Delivering tracheostomy and ventilator care
Supporting personal care and daily living activities
Assisting with mobility and transfers
Monitoring health and wellbeing
Maintaining accurate care records
Promoting independence, dignity, and choice

Requirements

Experience with Tracheostomy care
Experience with Ventilator support
Experience in Complex care environments
Experience with Manual handling and personal care

Salary/Compensations

£13.00–£17.93 per hour
£26,200–£28,950 annually
