About the Role

This role is at the heart of the employee lifecycle, supporting onboarding, HR administration, payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance within a growing international organization. You will ensure employees receive a first-class experience while maintaining payroll accuracy and data integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and personnel files.
  • Support onboarding, inductions, and recruitment administration.
  • Coordinate interviews and liaise with recruitment partners.
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee queries.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Produce salary review and employee documentation.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance and data accuracy across HR systems.
  • Prepare and submit monthly payroll information.
  • Manage pension administration and monthly uploads.
  • Handle payroll-related employee queries.
  • Administer employee benefits for starters and leavers.
  • Support international payroll processes.
  • Assist with P11D preparation and payroll reporting.
  • Liaise with external payroll and benefits providers.
  • Produce HR and payroll reports for management.
  • Support audits and compliance activities.
  • Maintain accurate HR and payroll records.
  • Assist with wider People Team projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a payroll and/or HR administration role.
  • Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and HMRC requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
  • Knowledge of UK employment practices and HR administration.
  • Good understanding of GDPR and data protection principles.
