About the Role

This role offers the chance to work across firm-wide investigations, build specialist expertise with strong support, and contribute to national ER strategy and practice. You will lead and manage investigations from intake to final report, ensuring thoroughness, fairness, and timeliness. You will also support a broad portfolio of ER and WHS investigations, prepare concise reports and recommendations for senior leaders, conduct interviews with empathy and neutrality, and build productive stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage investigations across the organisation from intake to final report, ensuring thoroughness, fairness and timeliness.
  • Support a broad portfolio of ER and WHS investigations and apply consistent, best practice investigative methods.
  • Prepare concise, strategic investigation reports and recommendations for senior leaders.
  • Conduct interviews and evidence gathering with empathy, neutrality and strict confidentiality.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with Talent Directors, coaches and other stakeholders to manage expectations and progress.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of investigation processes, templates and training.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant investigation experience in a large professional or corporate environment.
  • Experience at Manager level within Talent or HR functions preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce high quality investigation reports.
  • Strong interviewing, questioning and evidence analysis skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive interactions with empathy, discretion and professionalism.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, prioritisation and organisational skills.
