About the Role

We are hiring an Operations Analyst to manage the continuous operational layer of Account Management, including systems, data quality, process health, and maintenance. This role ensures Account Managers can focus on relationships and revenue by maintaining and improving existing operational processes, rather than originating new projects. You will be the operational partner for Account Management, embedded within Core Operations.

Responsibilities

Own the operational layer for Account Management, maintaining systems, reporting, and processes.
Monitor data quality across the AM reporting stack, including HubSpot, Sigma, and connected tools.
Maintain AM traffic lights, identifying and addressing issues before they impact reviews or downstream processes.
Own the ongoing maintenance of recurring operational processes such as account distribution, capacity balance, segment mix, and renewal allocation.
Identify and implement small-to-medium improvements to existing AM processes and workflows.
Take ownership of operational projects post-launch, including customer health scoring and AutoRenewals.
Act as the first point of triage for operational issues within the AM tech stack (HubSpot, Gong, Fini, Zendesk, Sigma).
Partner closely with the AM team by participating in standups and daily conversations.
Hold the boundary of the role, focusing on maintaining and improving existing processes rather than absorbing new build work.

Requirements

Approximately 3 years of experience in operations, business analysis, revenue operations, or sales operations, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
Experience owning a process over time, not just completing tasks.
Comfort working with data, identifying anomalies, investigating root causes, and making sound judgments.
Experience using tools like HubSpot, Sigma, or other BI tools, and spreadsheets for monitoring operational health.
Ability to assess existing workflows and identify valuable small or medium improvements.
Proficiency in quickly understanding operational issues, judging their impact, and determining the appropriate next step.
Interest in how AI and automation can enhance operational work.
Clear communication with various stakeholders, translating between commercial, operational, and technical contexts.
Confidence in holding boundaries and pushing back when work should be handled elsewhere.
Organized, dependable, and motivated by maintaining operational health.
Strong judgment on when to solve problems structurally, apply tactical fixes, or escalate.
Focus on practical and effective improvements, avoiding overengineering.
