About the Role

We treat housekeeping as a craft of hospitality, believing that a perfectly prepared room is the foundation of the guest experience. We are seeking dedicated individuals in Berlin who take pride in their work to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Wipe surfaces, dust, and vacuum guest rooms according to brand standards
• Change linens, make beds, and restock guest room supplies
• Clean kitchens, utilities, and stoves
• Clean bathrooms, remove trash, and implement green practices
• Greet and assist guests with a friendly demeanor
• Clean multiple rooms daily
• Report broken, defective, or missing items to the maintenance team
• Collaborate with all departments to support hotel goals

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience
• Basic verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent conversational English
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 4 kg
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a shift
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
