About the Role

Collect practical experience where technology, energy, and transformation converge. Optimize technical communication contracts, focusing on mobile, LTE, and OT connections, contributing to a stable, economical, and future-proof digital and technical infrastructure. Gain insights into modern IT/OT structures and drive improvements through analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain contract overview: Structure, maintain, and prepare communication contracts for mobile, LTE, and OT connections.
• Conduct cost analyses: Evaluate contract, invoice, and usage data, create cost summaries, and identify savings and optimization potentials.
• Support technical analyses: Analyze connection and technology data, compare deployed solutions, and assist in evaluating mobile, LTE, and DSL connections in IT/OT environments.
• Improve data quality and documentation: Organize, clean, and document process, master, and operational data for reliable daily use.
• Create decision bases: Prepare findings understandably (e.g., tables, evaluations, summaries) to support operational and strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Ongoing studies in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Energy Management, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
• Organized, reliable, and structured work approach, even with multiple tasks.
• Ability to structure data, recognize connections, and derive insights from numbers.
• Interest in digital infrastructure, telecommunications, mobile/LTE, IT/OT environments, and understanding technology's role in the energy sector's transformation.
• Availability to work 15-20 hours per week during the semester, with the option for more hours during semester breaks.
