About the Role
Join ARM as a Talent Advisor to attract exceptional talent across our growing business. Partner with senior leaders to hire individuals who will drive ARM's success, influence hiring strategy, and make a genuine impact on business growth.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment across multiple teams and locations.
- Build strong talent pipelines to support business growth.
- Utilise ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social media to attract candidates.
- Source, screen, interview, and hire top talent across multiple business functions.
- Manage candidate communications and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Lead Executive Assessment Days for entry-level media hires.
- Champion employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
- Provide market insights and stay up to date with recruitment trends.
- Drive recruitment best practice and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven in-house or agency recruitment experience, ideally within the media, digital, or marketing sector.
- Experience managing multiple vacancies across diverse business functions and locations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the confidence to work autonomously.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for identifying, attracting, and securing top talent.
