About the Role
Bay Towel is seeking a Territory Route Representative for their Milwaukee location. This role involves building relationships, working independently, and being part of a supportive team, offering a consistent 4-day work week and competitive pay.
Responsibilities
- Operate a Bay Towel truck on an established route to service and support existing customers.
- Manage and grow customer accounts by promoting additional products and services.
- Deliver and pick up rental goods in healthcare, food and beverage, and manufacturing industries.
- Build strong relationships with key decision makers, ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
- Monitor and maintain merchandise inventory levels through routine counts.
- Visit key contacts weekly and business owners/negotiators quarterly.
- Negotiate service agreement renewals.
- Handle routine customer service requests and concerns.
- Perform accounts receivable (A/R) collection to keep customer balances current.
- Conduct day-to-day tasks professionally, safely, and in compliance with driving and vehicle regulations.
- Display knowledge of Bay Towel products and services and adhere to company policies.
- Collaborate with the team to improve daily operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid Wisconsin Driver's License
- Satisfactory driving record
