About the Role
Drybar is a blow dry-only bar focused on providing exceptional blowouts. We are seeking dedicated retail sales associates to deliver excellent customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to clients.
- Operate a point of sale system.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
- Stand and/or walk for the duration of 6-8 hour shifts.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced, customer service-centric environment.
- Previous experience with Point of Sale Systems strongly preferred.
- Previous salon/spa experience preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Track record in providing over-the-top, amazing customer service.
- Ability to multitask with ease.
- Legal ability to undergo background checks as per applicable laws.
