About the Role

Provide strategic nursing leadership and clinical oversight for Near Patient Nursing teams across South Korea and Japan, with a supervisory interface for the regional center in Singapore. This role ensures effective governance, recruitment, retention, and professional development of the nursing workforce, serving as a visible and influential senior nurse leader.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a senior representative of the nursing workforce at client meetings and workshops.
  • Provide active supervisory interface and leadership to Pacific Near Patient Nurse Leads and their teams.
  • Drive the optimization and standardization of clinical case management globally.
  • Oversee the platform contractual KPIs with the Nurse Manager in Singapore.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of a professional, customer- and client-focused service by nursing teams.
  • Act as a point of technical expertise, providing guidance and advice.
  • Collaborate with Regional Medical Directors to ensure seamless medical and operational excellence.
  • Provide leadership and supervision of the nursing workforce within the Near Patient Program.
  • Build positive and effective relationships with Near Patient Program personnel.
  • Ensure appropriate line management support is in place for personnel management and professional development.
  • Make key decisions for nursing recruitment initiatives.
  • Oversee Nurse Leads in recruiting high-performing staff and creating development plans.
  • Ensure Nurse Leads and their teams receive sufficient support for personal and professional development.
  • Oversee Near Patient case workload for the client program.
  • Provide senior case direction, support, and guidance to Near Patient Nurse Leads.
  • Oversee Nurse Leads in ensuring case management escalation occurs per protocols.
  • Partner with Nurse and Physician Leads to support daily handovers and oversight of care coordination.
  • Maintain a strong interface with Pacific Leadership and operations teams for regional coordination.
  • Guide Near Patient Nurse Leads in ensuring nurses stay updated with governance and regulation.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent.
  • Post graduate qualification in nursing.
  • Post graduate experience and/or qualification in managing nursing teams is an advantage.
  • High level of broad medical knowledge.
  • High level of nursing managerial experience.
  • High level experience in delivering training to internal and external audiences.
  • Previous experience of US or Five Eyes (FVEY) military or care, and preferably TRICARE.
  • Previous experience working in Japan and/or Korea.
  • High functioning IT knowledge and expertise in Microsoft and CRM systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Japanese or Korean language is an advantage.
