About the Role

You will take ownership of the Single Prime Record (SPR) platform, a critical technology underpinning the Investment Bank. This role involves shaping the process from concept to production releases, partnering with senior engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to drive delivery outcomes. It's a visible leadership position influencing platform strategy, execution excellence, and impacting enterprise-scale engineering, testing, and release processes.

Responsibilities

Lead and prioritize the SPR Core product backlog, translating strategic priorities into clear, deliverable outcomes.
Drive day-to-day delivery across global, matrixed engineering teams, balancing new features, platform stability, and technical debt.
Run global agile governance and ceremonies, creating alignment across teams and ensuring effective cross-team collaboration.
Oversee non-production environment governance and operational tracking, ensuring issues are triaged, owned, and resolved within agreed service levels.
Own end-to-end delivery transparency, providing clear reporting on progress, risks, dependencies, and release readiness.
Champion release safety by ensuring robust testing, quality checks, and readiness criteria are consistently applied before production promotion.

Requirements

Proven senior product leadership experience in platform or engineering-led environments, ideally within regulated industries.
Strong delivery leadership across distributed, global teams, with an ability to bring clarity to complex delivery landscapes.
Experience in non-production environment governance, release management practices, and quality control frameworks.
Ability to partner effectively with engineering leadership on test strategy, coverage validation, and release readiness.
