About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator will join the Go to Market team to execute campaign, content, and event strategies across industry and service line verticals. This collaborative role serves as the point of contact for assigned marketing programs, working with cross-functional teams and external partners to launch digital and experiential tactics.
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal creative studio, channel owners, and stakeholders to execute programs.
- Coordinate and facilitate task execution using marketing technologies and project management tools.
- Plan and implement events and sponsorship projects from initiation to reporting.
- Maintain relationships with external partners and associations.
- Negotiate sponsorship benefits and coordinate activation and renewals.
- Create and edit promotional copy and select images for marketing campaigns.
- Support multi-channel campaigns to engage audiences and drive demand.
- Track campaign success and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Facilitate digital communications distribution via CRM and Marketo.
- Maintain expert CRM knowledge and train staff on system usage.
- Support data analysis and reporting for marketing initiatives.
- Traffic workflows for marketing collateral and communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of marketing experience, including internships or volunteer positions.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and re-prioritize projects.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Limited travel required.
