About the Role

Lead sales performance and growth across multiple territories within a sales division, supporting overall company objectives. This includes setting success criteria, providing leadership, forecasting, analyzing sales data, implementing policies, and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop annual sales plans, strategies, and tactics for the region to enhance competitive position and meet customer needs.
  • Coordinate with business leaders to develop valid, effective, and realistic sales plans tied to overall business objectives.
  • Evaluate market/customer trends and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Execute the sales plan to meet budgeted revenue and average selling price objectives.
  • Manage time in the field with sales employees, focusing on strategic sales challenges and opportunities.
  • Continuously improve personal knowledge and sales management skills to add value to customers and Philips IGT.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in the medical industry.
  • 2+ years of previous supervisory or project leadership experience.
  • Must be able to successfully perform minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
  • Provide frank, direct, and timely feedback.
  • Results-oriented.
  • Must reside in or within commuting distance to NYC/Boston/Hartford/New Haven.
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa.

  • Target Earning potential: $277,500 to $371,000 annually (at 85% to 120% performance achievement)
