About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle various operational tasks and assist customers with more complex inquiries, playing a crucial role in supporting customers and enhancing their experience. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
  • Prior background in licensing within Non‑Profit, Payroll, Sales Tax Registration, and/or Industry Licensing environments/sectors.
  • Ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Demonstrates ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Can handle moderately complex issues effectively.
  • Manages time and tasks efficiently.
  • Good understanding of multiple product/service features.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and databases.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance standards.
  • Ability to assist and train new team members.
