About the Role
Language Services Associates is seeking Farsi interpreters to join our network of independent contractors to facilitate communication for the Limited English Proficient community in various settings.
Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service
- Adhere to the Code of Professional Conduct and maintain strict confidentiality
- Follow all policies, procedures, professional interpretation protocols, and industry best practices
- Comply with client-specific clearance requirements
- Report to assigned locations in a timely manner
- Maintain access to personal or public transportation
Requirements
- Full fluency in English and Farsi
- Ability to provide high-level client service
- 1+ year of professional interpreting experience preferred
- Industry-specific certifications or training preferred, such as CMI or CCHI
