About the Role

You will own a specific feature area end-to-end for a new, first-of-its-kind consumer mobile product. This zero-to-one role involves working within a small, high-output team using an AI-native workflow to build an interactive platform for the MrBeast audience.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle for a specific feature area from opportunity sizing through post-launch iteration.
• Translate ambiguous creative and business goals into clear, testable specifications.
• Write and maintain product requirements, acceptance criteria, and gap analyses.
• Partner daily with engineering leads and designers in tight iteration loops.
• Utilize AI tools for drafting specs, synthesizing research, prototyping flows, and querying data.
• Identify and implement AI-driven opportunities to improve member experience.
• Define and track key metrics including activation, retention, and conversion.
• Navigate compliance-sensitive areas such as data privacy, age-based eligibility, and sweepstakes mechanics.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with external partners and vendors.
• Represent the voice of the member using research, data, and product sense.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Proven experience shipping consumer-facing mobile products from concept to production at scale.
• Technical fluency in APIs, data models, and system architecture.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in daily workflows for research, drafting, or analysis.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear, sequenced product requirements.
• Experience defining success metrics and using data to drive decision-making.
• Startup experience building from zero with lean teams.
• Experience managing products at scale for millions of users.
