About the Role
The Sales Productivity Enablement Program Manager will drive sales effectiveness for enterprise and commercial teams, elevating sales performance through scalable productivity programs, fostering relationships with sales leadership, and leveraging analytics for data-driven improvements. This role reports to the Senior Director of GTM Enablement.
Responsibilities
- Build ramp reporting dashboards with operations partners to analyze sales KPIs, report to executive leadership, and inform the enablement onboarding roadmap.
- Design and execute tailored sales productivity programs for enterprise and commercial teams.
- Project manage and collaborate with enablement peers to optimize content.
- Accelerate ramp-up times for new sellers through various delivery methods.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Subject Matter Experts.
- Propose and lead strategic sessions with core GTM stakeholders to address productivity challenges.
Requirements
- Experience in sales or sales enablement roles, preferably in complex sales cycles for a technical solution with business & technical personas.
- Comfortable with metrics, building reporting, and gathering insights.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics providers, and sales enablement technologies.
- Occasional travel between San Francisco and New York offices, and potential visits to sales conferences or workshops.
