About the Role

As a Senior Manager within the Transformation and Value Creation (TVC) services, you will play a key part in contributing to Analysys Mason’s global growth. You will manage entire engagement lifecycles, from origination and business development through to final implementation, ensuring value-led outcomes meet client expectations. Your focus could include value creation, commercial and operational excellence, revenue growth, cost and margin optimisation, and operating model design. You will also mentor internal and client teams and line-manage Transformation Europe team members.

Responsibilities

Managing and delivering major transformation and strategic change programmes across business-critical technology industries.
Building strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a day-to-day delivery lead and advisor.
Building attributable client relationships based on industry expertise.
Managing a diverse range of client engagement types across various sectors and geographies.
Developing intellectual capital around expert topic areas to support client delivery and sales.
Controlling and optimising resources and costs in project delivery.
Inspiring high levels of performance from project teams.
Developing and mentoring project teams and sector members, as well as line-managing team members.

Requirements

Consulting experience, managing and delivering transformation engagements for clients across various business-critical technology sectors such as technology, telecoms, and media.
Experience in value creation, commercial or operational excellence, revenue growth, cost and margin optimisation, operating model design, programme recovery, and turnaround.
