About the Role
Join Catawiki's Demand vertical to shape how buyers discover and connect with special objects across their entire journey. You will make Catawiki inspiring, relevant, and worth returning to by helping buyers explore auctions and objects through compelling themes, fresh perspectives, and personalized curation. Own outcomes across discovery, engagement, conversion, and retention, leading cross-functional teams to identify high-impact opportunities, validate them through experimentation, and turn them into coherent customer experiences and sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities

- Identify the highest-impact opportunities across onboarding, browse, recommendations, personalization, conversion, and retention.
- Translate company strategy and buyer needs into measurable product and business outcomes.
- Lead initiatives from early discovery and prototyping through experimentation, launch, and scaling.
- Create clarity, momentum, and accountability across complex cross-team initiatives.
- Use behavioral data, customer research, and commercial insight to understand problems and prioritize opportunities.
- Define success metrics, analyze funnel performance, and build a rigorous experimentation agenda.
- Design, run, and evaluate A/B tests, turning results into clear decisions and follow-up actions.
- Work with data scientists and machine learning engineers to improve recommendations, ranking, and personalization.
- Partner closely with design, applying strong product judgment and maintaining a high bar for simple, coherent, and distinctive experiences.
- Use AI and prototyping tools to test ideas early, reduce development risk, and accelerate learning.
- Identify and create AI-enabled buyer journeys that solve meaningful customer problems.
- Communicate strategy, performance, trade-offs, and recommendations clearly to senior and C-level stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least five years of product management experience, preferably in consumer e-commerce, marketplaces, or another high-scale digital business.

- Understand how product decisions influence engagement, conversion, retention, and revenue.
- Highly data-savvy and comfortable working with funnels, cohorts, experiments, and product performance metrics.
- Extensive experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests.
- Strong product and design judgment, with a clear point of view on what makes an experience intuitive, useful, and high quality.
- Can turn ambiguous opportunities into clear hypotheses, prototypes, and executable plans.
- Comfortable using AI tools to prototype quickly and explore new customer experiences.
- Understand the product applications of recommendations, personalization, search, and machine learning.
- Can balance immediate commercial opportunities with longer-term product and platform investments.
