About the Role

As a Fleet Specialist at Voi, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of vehicles, ensuring operational efficiency in the London area. This role involves both mechanical work on scooters and field operations using company e-vans.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the logistics of collecting and providing Voi scooters
  • Searching for and collecting damaged scooters
  • Battery replacement
  • Performing quick on-site repairs of the scooters
  • Diagnosing and repairing broken vehicles
  • Recycling and dismantling vehicles that cannot be repaired
  • Assisting with the acceptance, packaging, and provision of new vehicles and batteries arriving at the warehouse
  • Supporting our on-site team as needed, whether it's identifying damaged vehicles, clearing parking spaces, or setting up fallen vehicles

Requirements

  • Must hold a full UK driving licence for at least 12 months, with no more than 6 points and no major offences
  • Will be required to drive one of our company e-vans
  • In-depth knowledge of your city and you’re used to driving in your city
  • Responsible team player that can manage tasks alone and also work well together in a group
  • Ability to motivate others and to share knowledge within the team
  • Pragmatic problem-solving mentality that executes tasks, finds solutions and works hard to reach the team targets and OKRs
  • Ready to navigate your city in a van under any weather and traffic conditions
  • Has the ability to react calmly to stressful situations (poor parking, traffic…)
  • Has the ability to carry heavy loads
  • May be required to go through a DBS Check
