About the Role
Okta is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Regional Marketing Specialist to support the planning and execution of regional marketing programs and initiatives for the Canada sales organization. This role is crucial for achieving ambitious revenue goals by executing impactful marketing strategies and demand generation programs that drive regional pipeline growth.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Senior Regional Marketing Manager for Canada as well as sales and sales leaders to execute integrated demand generation programs across events, digital, partner, and outbound channels.
- Manage logistics, communications, and be onsite at key events to ensure smooth operation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners/vendors to develop marketing campaign assets, including creative, email sequences, curated content, and campaign offers.
- Keep projects moving on time and bring ideas to life.
- Support reporting efforts to evaluate channel effectiveness, program ROI, and overall regional funnel health.
- Use insights to guide future planning and improvements.
- Maintain and manage the team’s operational workflow using tools like Salesforce, Asana, 6Sense, and Splash.
- Develop target lists, create campaign briefs, and support sales enablement with materials tailored for SDRs and account executives.
- Conduct in-depth, data-driven evaluations of regional performance, delivering insights during forecast and pipeline review calls, quarterly business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
- Work closely with partner organizations to design joint initiatives, leveraging partner strengths to enhance marketing programs and maximize pipeline impact.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of regional marketing programs, continuously optimizing strategies based on ROI and sales feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of regional or field marketing experience within a B2B enterprise environment
- 3+ years working in or with a partner marketing organizations
- Travel required: up to 30%
- Experience with Marketing Tools/Technologies (Salesforce, Tableau, Splash, Asana, Marketo, 6Sense)
