About the Role

We are seeking an experienced waiter/waitress to join our all-day dining Italian restaurant, Spagnoletti, located in Kings Cross. Our restaurant focuses on authentic Italian cuisine using quality ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the General Manager, maintaining open communication.
• Supervise work during service to ensure procedures and standards are respected.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced, high-volume operation.
• Experience working on the floor in a fresh produce, seasonal operation.
• Good memory and organizational skills.
• Ability to keep track of food and drink orders and guest preferences.
