About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Treasury Operations Specialist to support new trading entities and expanded product coverage, with an immediate focus on launching our OTC exotics business. This role will evolve to own daily cash and collateral management and help make margin and liquidity a competitive advantage. You will have the opportunity to shape processes, tooling, and the vendor stack from the outset.

Responsibilities

Manage daily cash and collateral operations, including fund transfers, margin calls, and reconciliation with OTC counterparties, clearers, and prime brokers.
Maintain counterparty and account inventory, manage account openings/closings, and support counterparty exposure reporting.
Optimize liquidity and cash, including reporting on liquid assets, partnering on cash reinvestment and collateral posting, and producing stress liquidity projections.
Provide Treasury's view on collateral documentation (CSA/ISDA/PB) in partnership with Legal, Operations, Group Treasury, and Trading.
Support treasury-adjacent regulatory reporting and month-end/valuation controls.
Analyze margin and clearing economics in partnership with Corporate Strategy and Risk, and support independent margin replication.
Partner with Tech and Group Treasury to automate workflows and evaluate/onboard external platforms for scaling.

Requirements

5-10 years' experience in treasury operations, cash, collateral, and margin management.
Direct experience across multiple product types: bilateral OTC (ideally including exotics), listed and cleared derivatives, repo, and prime brokerage.
Well-rounded understanding of margin calculation methodologies and underlying product knowledge.
Strong understanding of operational treasury processes (margin validation, payments, cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, controls) and ability to translate them into decisions.
Track record of improving processes and tooling in partnership with Tech.
Proficiency in SWIFT and multi-currency payments.
Strong analytical capability and comfort with AI adoption.
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, comfortable operating calmly in a high-performance, time-critical environment.
Control mindset and attention to detail, with the judgment to distinguish minor discrepancies from significant risks.
Collaborative communicator, comfortable coordinating across departments and external counterparties, with an instinct to drive issues to resolution.
