About the Role
The Colour Specialist will drive Colour sales by training the team, enhancing their skill levels, and boosting selling confidence. This role is crucial in establishing Space NK as a premier destination for beauty discovery.
Responsibilities
- Train the team to company standards.
- Ensure the Colour aspect of the Novice Induction is completed for all new starters.
- Schedule Colour training around business needs, logging each session and attendees.
- Observe and support the team on the spot with customers.
- Deliver unbiased customer advice through exceptional product knowledge.
- Exceed sales targets and deliver like-for-like growth, along with ATV, AUS, and conversion.
- Inspire the team in the Colour category and contribute to Space NK becoming a Colour destination.
Requirements
- Highly skilled makeup artist.
- Able to evaluate skill level.
- Confident and engaging.
- Strong selling skills.
- Excellent communicator, collaborator, and team player.
- Passionate about make-up and customer service.
- Enthusiastic to share knowledge and support colleagues.
