About the Role
You will be responsible for creating compelling video content by skillfully combining visuals, audio, music, and rhythm. This role involves developing various formats, from social media content to corporate films, and ensuring they resonate with target audiences and brand identities.
Responsibilities
- Telling stories through editing, creating emotionally impactful films from visuals, audio, music, and rhythm that align with brand and target audience.
- Managing projects independently from the initial rough cut to final delivery, collaborating closely with producing, creative, and client teams.
- Editing diverse formats including corporate films, real-people films, social content, interviews, event films, and short digital formats.
- Contributing creative ideas beyond traditional editing, assisting with basic animations, sound design, color correction, and format adaptations.
- Continuously developing personal style and technical expertise to enhance post-production creativity, efficiency, and modernity.
Requirements
- Proven experience in post-production, with a strong understanding of how to craft engaging stories from visuals, audio, and music.
- Completed vocational training or a degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in common editing tools and a desire to expand creative and technical skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail while maintaining a focus on the overall project vision, balancing creativity, efficiency, and timing.
- Native-level German language skills and good English proficiency.
- Comfortable interacting with clients, creatives, and production teams.
- Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and a keen sense for current trends, platforms, and visual storytelling.
- A desire to actively shape the development of modern content formats.
