About the Role
Join B&Q as a Store Delivery Driver to provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and safe delivery of products. You will operate 3.5-ton vans for multi-drop deliveries and support shopfloor operations using digital tools to fulfill customer orders.
Responsibilities
- Perform multi-drop deliveries to customer homes using 3.5-ton vans
- Handle heavy lifting of products ranging from small items to bulk flooring
- Utilize new technology to fulfill customer orders on the shopfloor
- Support colleagues with shopfloor tasks as needed
- Maintain efficiency and safety standards
- Represent the B&Q brand and prioritize customer service
Requirements
- Hold a manual UK driving licence (Category B/B1) for at least one year
- Maximum of 6 points on driving licence
- Ability to perform heavy lifting
- Flexibility to work a rota including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays
- Successful completion of DVLA and DBS background checks
