About the Role

As the world's largest mobility service provider, Enterprise offers a growing international company with exciting challenges and great opportunities for advancement. Become part of our team at our Berlin Airport (BER) branch. We are looking for dedicated and motivated working students (m/f/d) who enjoy customer contact. You will be involved in all steps from reservation acceptance to vehicle rental and return, gaining insights into the various areas of our exciting rental business. There is also the opportunity to join Enterprise's renowned Management Trainee Program later.

Responsibilities

Rent the right car for the individual needs of your customers.
Your customer trusts you as a competent contact person.
Every customer is different, but your customer service is always equally first-class.
You handle administrative tasks quickly and professionally.

Requirements

Enrolled at a German university (full-time study, not on leave of absence).
Unrestricted work permit for Germany.
EU/German driver's license for at least 12 months.
Maximum 3 points in the Flensburg driver aptitude register (FAER).
No drug or alcohol offenses in the driving record in the last 5 years.
Good German and English skills.
Commitment to stay for at least one year.
