About the Role

Join the Refine team to build AI agents and workflows that automate financial deliverables in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. You will own the product roadmap, conduct user discovery with finance professionals, and establish quality evaluation loops to ensure high-standard outputs for leading financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and ship AI agents that refine financial deliverables including pitch decks, financial models, and supporting documents.
• Manage the agent library end-to-end, including scoping, prioritization, and quality improvements.
• Conduct discovery with finance users to understand real-world workflows in investment banking, advisory, asset management, and private equity.
• Translate complex financial analyst workflows into product features.
• Build evaluation and QA loops including golden datasets, quality checks, and regression testing.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and go-to-market teams to drive product adoption.
• Prototype ideas and perform vibe-coding for quick product iterations.

Requirements

• Proven experience shipping AI-native products end-to-end in production.
• 4 to 8 years of experience in product management with a track record of outcomes.
• Strong product discovery instincts and ability to make evidence-based decisions.
• Fluent in English (C1 or above).
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Understanding of how finance teams build decks and models.
• Ability to operate independently and drive ambiguity toward shipped outcomes.
