About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Sous Chef to join our talented team at GOGGS, London. With a high-volume kitchen and a vibrant service to deliver, you’ll play a key role in leading the brigade, supporting the Head Chef, and ensuring every dish is exceptional. Responsibilities
- Lead kitchen operations when the Head Chef is away.
- Prepare dishes to spec, following recipe sheets and allergen guidelines.
- Manage food production, reduce waste, and maintain stock control.
- Receive and store deliveries using FIFO procedures.
- Allocate tasks and mentor the kitchen team.
- Maintain hygiene standards and oversee deep cleans.
- Ensure all team members are trained and compliant.
Requirements
- UK residency for the past 3 years and legal right to work.
- Ability to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
- Calm under pressure, organised, and ready for a trade test.
