About the Role
Join our payroll team during a pivotal transition to Zellis ResourceLink/HCM Air. You will play a leading role in payroll projects, collaborate with management, and support the processing of fortnightly and monthly payrolls for our staff.
Responsibilities
- Review and document current and future payroll processes
- Collaborate with the payroll team to understand defined requirements
- Lead upcoming departmental projects
- Liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Provide high-standard customer service to internal and external parties
- Support cross-functional teams to triage issues
- Ensure integrity and security of payroll data
- Maintain internal control procedures
- Assist with year-end processing for multiple companies
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of payroll systems and software migration experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Ability to think outside the box to solve problems
- Knowledge of payroll and pension legislation and compliance
- Adherence to statutory deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with system implementation projects
- Experience with ResourceLink/Zellis HCM payroll system
- Experience with ResourceLink Reporting Services (RRS)
- Experience with Power Automate
- Experience with process mapping
- Experience with salary sacrifice schemes (desirable)
- Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements (desirable)
