About the Role
Join The King's Trust at an exciting time as we deliver two major recruitment projects that will directly support our mission to help young people build brighter futures. As Talent Acquisition Project Coordinator, you'll play a central role in helping us attract, recruit and onboard exceptional talent at pace, supporting a major employability programme with the ambition to reach 1 million young people. Working closely with our Talent Acquisition team, you'll ensure recruitment activity runs smoothly, efficiently and delivers an outstanding experience for every candidate and hiring manager. This fully funded role runs until 31 March 2027 and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to a major employability programme supporting young people across the UK.
Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment administration
- Manage onboarding activity
- Manage reporting
- Manage stakeholder communications
- Help the team deliver large-scale hiring projects alongside business-as-usual recruitment
Requirements
- Love organising multiple moving parts and keeping projects on track
- Enjoy working with a wide range of stakeholders and delivering excellent customer service
- Have a keen eye for detail and take pride in accuracy
- Stay calm, proactive and solutions-focused when managing competing priorities
- Enjoy working at pace and being part of a collaborative, purpose-driven team
- Experience supporting recruitment campaigns will be an advantage
- Experience supporting organisational change programmes will be an advantage
- Experience using applicant tracking systems such as SuccessFactors will be an advantage
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Strong communication skills
- A passion for delivering great experiences while contributing to work that makes a real difference to young people across the UK

- £24,479.00 to £25,990.00 (National)
- £26,936.00 to £28,050.00 (London)
