About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Atotech Beteiligungs und Management GmbH & Co. KG, you will manage the entire recruitment process for temporary and external staff. Responsibilities

Manage the entire recruiting process for temporary and external employees across various departments.
Conduct and coordinate high-volume hiring activities to meet staffing needs.
Collaborate with managers to align staffing needs, timelines, and profiles.
Actively source, screen, and manage candidates throughout the selection process.
Organize and coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Build and maintain talent pools and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Track, manage, and analyze recruiting metrics and document in the ATS.
Ensure compliance with internal recruiting processes, labor laws, and company policies.
Partner with external staffing agencies for volume recruitment projects.

Requirements

First professional experience in recruiting, ideally in high-volume or blue-collar recruiting.
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Workday knowledge is a plus.
Strong organizational skills, high degree of self-management, and responsibility.
Ability to prioritize effectively and succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Professional communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
Solution-oriented and structured approach to work.
Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
Professional and reliable demeanor with a strong desire to learn and grow in Talent Acquisition.
