About the Role
As an OD Delivery Manager at Johnson Matthey, a world leader in platinum group metals, you will drive organizational and workforce transformation initiatives. Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and People teams to shape organisation and workforce transformation initiatives.
- Support workforce planning and talent strategies aligned with long-term business priorities.
- Assess organisational capability needs and develop plans to address skill and capacity gaps.
- Identify people-related risks, dependencies, and impacts across transformation programmes.
- Enable workforce transition activities, including role clarity, reskilling, and redeployment planning.
- Drive continuous improvement in organisation development delivery and transformation governance.
Requirements
- Experience delivering organisation development initiatives within large transformation programmes.
- Knowledge of strategic workforce planning, organisational design, and capability assessment.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills across complex environments.
- Ability to identify, assess, and manage people risks and organisational interdependencies.
- Confidence working in global, matrixed organisations with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong judgement, emotional intelligence, and the ability to simplify complex challenges.
