About the Role

This role supports pre-sales and customer education for Philips Computed Tomography (CT) and Diagnostic X-Ray (DXR) products, utilizing clinical and sales skills. You will provide pre-sales support and deliver post-sales application training, acting as the primary liaison for customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Provide pre-sales support and deliver post-sales application training.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for customers and internal stakeholders during sales and implementation.
  • Schedule and deliver onsite applications trainings, go-lives, and ongoing support to end-user clinicians.
  • Assist sales account teams with customer presentations, demonstrations, trials, site visits, trade shows, and education events.
  • Confirm product readiness for use and perform clinical configurations and set-up.
  • Foster excellent customer experiences and build strong business relationships to understand needs and develop training solutions.
  • Facilitate customer issue resolution by leveraging a One Philips approach with sales and services teams.
  • Collaborate on business priorities, new product introductions, business unit projects, clinical/technical input for RFPs, and configuration of quotations and orders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a CT Technologist or Medical Radiation Technologist (MRT) specializing in CT in a hospital environment.
  • Knowledge of Philips CT and DXR equipment and applications is highly preferred.
  • Must provide verification for current/active certification through the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) or provincial regulatory medical radiation college.
  • Bilingual French and English skills, both written and verbal, are required.
  • Must be able to successfully perform minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
  • Must be able to work in an office/home office and/or remote setting, as well as in a hospital/healthcare environment.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours based on business needs.
  • Must be able to wear all required personal protective equipment.
  • May be required to comply with vendor credentialing.
  • Canadian work authorization is a precondition of employment.
  • Must reside in the province of Ontario; proximity to Toronto, ON is preferred.
