About the Role
Establish and lead a new Client Engineering team within GLFX, operating between Product Sales and Support teams to ensure efficient, consistent, and scalable client-facing technical and operational activities. This role aims to improve client experience and increase Product Sales team productivity by reducing friction, standardizing delivery, and enhancing client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a global Client Engineering organization focused on client experience and operational efficiency.
- Define the function’s scope, operating model, and engagement framework across Sales, Product, and Support.
- Establish clear accountability for technical and operational activities, including solution design, onboarding, and implementation support.
- Drive a high-performance culture focused on consistency, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Own the quality and consistency of the end-to-end client implementation and onboarding experience.
- Drive improvements in client satisfaction, NPS, and overall service perception.
- Identify and resolve systemic issues impacting client experience and delivery outcomes.
- Reduce client friction points and minimize escalations, complaints, and service gaps.
- Standardize and streamline client-facing processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Enable front-office teams to focus on revenue generation and strategic client engagement.
- Implement metrics and reporting to track productivity improvements across teams.
- Oversee the design and delivery of scalable client solutions aligned with product capabilities.
- Ensure consistent, repeatable approaches to onboarding, integration, and workflow implementation.
- Improve time-to-onboard and time-to-adoption through optimized delivery processes.
- Act as escalation point for complex client implementation challenges.
- Serve as the primary interface between Product Sales, Product, Technology, and Support teams.
- Ensure alignment between client requirements, product capabilities, and delivery processes.
- Support Product teams with structured feedback on client needs and implementation challenges.
- Reduce downstream support burden through improved solution design and implementation quality.
- Ensure all client-facing activities adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Promote a culture of risk excellence, accountability, and transparency.
- Establish appropriate governance and escalation frameworks across all regions.
Requirements
- Deep experience in FX markets, electronic trading platforms, or financial technology environments.
- Proven ability to lead client-facing engineering, solutions, or implementation teams.
- Strong understanding of trading workflows, integrations, and client onboarding processes.
- Experience improving client experience metrics such as NPS, client satisfaction, and service quality.
- Ability to drive operational efficiency and increase front-office productivity through structured delivery models.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across Sales, Product, Technology, and Support.
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable, process-driven teams in complex environments.
- Strong leadership in building and scaling client-facing delivery or engineering teams.
- Proven ability to improve client experience and operational efficiency at scale.
- Ability to operate effectively across commercial, product, and operational functions.
- Structured, data-driven approach to measuring and improving performance.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills in a global organization.
- Extensive experience in FX, electronic trading, or financial technology platforms.
- Proven track record in client engineering, implementation, or solutions delivery leadership roles.
- Experience operating in a global financial services environment.

Salary/Compensations
- $170,000 - $267,500 Annual
