About the Role

Lead global brand strategy, identity, and tone of voice for Wild, a fast-growing personal care brand now part of Unilever. You will own how Wild looks, sounds, and feels across all touchpoints and lead integrated Brand and Creative teams to ensure global consistency and exciting brand moments.

Responsibilities

  • Own the global brand strategy, identity and tone of voice, and be the final word on how Wild shows up across every channel, market and partner.
  • Lead and develop the Brand team across social, licensing and brand management, setting a clear vision and high standards.
  • Lead the Creative team, raising the craft of the output while protecting the speed and volume a social-first brand demands.
  • Integrate Brand and Creative into a single, well-oiled unit - shared priorities, shared processes, no silos - and ensure both work seamlessly with growth, retail and product teams.
  • Own our licensing partnerships, ensuring licensed ranges build the brand rather than dilute it.
  • Build the systems, guidelines and governance that keep a fast-growing global brand consistent - without turning it into a brand police state.
  • Champion big, distinctive brand moments: campaigns, collaborations and stunts that earn attention and keep Wild unpredictable.
  • Set and track the measures of brand health globally, and report on them at senior level.
  • Act as a senior voice in the marketing leadership team, deputising for the CMO on brand matters where needed.

Requirements

  • A senior brand leader (Brand Director, Head of Brand or equivalent) with experience running brand globally or across multiple markets.
  • You have led both brand and creative functions, or brought the two closer together, and you know how to get strategists and makers pulling in the same direction.
  • Strong creative judgement - you can raise the bar on work without doing the work yourself.
  • Experience in fast-growth consumer brands; you are comfortable with pace, ambiguity and shipping before things are perfect.
  • Commercially sharp - you connect brand decisions to business outcomes and can hold your own in a boardroom.
  • An excellent people leader with a track record of building, developing and retaining high-performing teams.
  • You understand creative process with some basic technical knowledge of design and photography - you know what great looks like!
  • Experience with licensing or major brand partnerships is a strong plus.
