Responsibilities
- Lead and empower a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and positivity.
- Deliver a seamless front-of-house experience for members, ensuring they feel valued and inspired.
- Maintain impeccable building standards, ensuring health, safety, and compliance.
- Collaborate with the wider Fora team to ensure consistent delivery of the Fora brand.
- Bring energy and ideas to enhance member experiences and team engagement.
Requirements
- Experience in the hospitality, retail, or co-working industry.
- Experience in supervising or leading in a customer-facing environment.
- Highly refined verbal and writing communication skills.
- Good organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Very well organized with excellent timekeeping.
