About the Role
We are seeking a versatile generalist to drive cross-functional value creation across M&A, business development, data analytics, automation, finance, sales, and operations. You will work directly with founders in a high-intensity environment, managing diverse tasks ranging from team recruitment to technical automation rollouts.
Responsibilities
- Drive cross-functional value creation in M&A and business development
- Perform data analytics and implement automation solutions
- Support finance, sales, and operations functions
- Recruit and onboard new operations teams at rollout sites
- Execute diverse tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment
Requirements
- Ability to connect dots across functions
- Thrive in chaotic environments with fast learning curves
- Experience in hypergrowth start-ups, VC, growth equity, PE, investment banking, or strategy consulting
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- Proactive communication and team-oriented mindset
- High integrity and service-oriented approach
- Passion for entrepreneurship and the start-up ecosystem
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's (4th semester+) or master's program
- Fluent in German (C2 level)
