Join Brown's Hotel London as a Luggage Porter to enhance guest stays with local knowledge and five-star service. You will ensure smooth luggage delivery, offer personalized recommendations, and collaborate with hotel teams for a seamless guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver smooth and efficient luggage handling for guests upon arrival and departure
- Provide personalized local recommendations to enhance the guest experience
- Collaborate with the Concierge, Doorman, and other hotel teams to ensure seamless service
- Maintain a professional and welcoming attitude at all times
- Ensure timely delivery and collection of luggage to and from guest rooms
- Assist with storing and retrieving guest luggage as needed
- Keep the luggage area organized and secure
- Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations with a focus on exceptional service
Requirements
- A warm, friendly, and approachable individual with a passion for guest service
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within luxury hospitality
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Knowledge of the local area and an eagerness to share recommendations with guests
- Proactive, with the ability to anticipate and meet guest needs
