About the Role

NORMAN’S, a growing employee-owned Hallmark Gold Crown retailer, is seeking a qualified Part Time Sales Associate for our location in The Shoppes at Jenners Village, West Grove, PA. We help people capture and share emotions, commemorate occasions, provide comfort, and celebrate everyday moments.

Responsibilities

• Drive retail sales by genuinely connecting with the customer, building relationships, and earning their business.
• Meet store specific Crown Rewards program enrollment goals.
• Learn and efficiently use the register system for a pleasant point of sale experience.
• Ensure cash register accuracy and utilize basic mathematical skills.
• Utilize outstanding selling skills during customer interactions to build sales and drive customer satisfaction.
• Proactively learn retail product knowledge for all merchandise.
• Maintain and restock displays as directed by store management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business, including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong aptitude for basic math functions including percentages and general arithmetic.
• Ability to continuously stand/walk; frequently push/pull; occasionally bend/stoop/crawl/reach above shoulders/kneel; climb a ladder, and carry up to 40 pounds.
