About the Role

Norman's Hallmark, a growing employee-owned Hallmark Gold Crown retailer, is seeking a Part Time Sales Leader for its Shoppes at Jenner's Village, West Grove, PA location. The role involves helping customers capture and share emotions, commemorate occasions, and celebrate everyday moments.

Responsibilities

• Infuse the Customer CARE program into store culture by leading by example to drive retail sales through genuine customer connection, relationship building, and earning business.
• Believe that the customer always comes first and is the most important individual to the business.
• Meet store-specific Crown Rewards program enrollment goals consistently.
• Assist management in developing and training staff on new products and processes.
• Provide supervision and managerial support in the absence of the store manager and assistant store manager.
• Learn and efficiently use the register system to ensure a positive point of sale experience.
• Utilize outstanding selling skills during customer interactions to build sales and drive customer satisfaction.
• Proactively learn retail product knowledge for all merchandise to use when selling to the customer.
• Maintain and restock displays as directed by store management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Prior retail experience with supervisory exposure.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to continuously stand/walk; frequently push/pull; occasionally bend/stoop/crawl/reach above shoulders/kneel; climb a ladder, and carry up to 40 pounds.
