About the Role

This role is within the Sales Operations team, supporting the Direct Sales department at Butternut Box and Marro. The Events Coordinator will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and delivering exceptional events to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness. The role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems, and enjoys bringing structure to complexity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage an events roadmap that drives customer acquisitions and builds brand awareness.
  • Research, discover, and pitch new sales opportunities for events.
  • Develop strong relationships with event organisers.
  • Secure pitch spots, coordinate accommodation, and work with the logistics team.
  • Negotiate rates, stand locations, and event packages.
  • Collaborate with the Logistics team and Regional Sales Managers.
  • Track and analyse event performance against KPIs and share insights.

Requirements

  • Sharp attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple events.
  • Natural relationship-builder and communicator.
  • Genuine excitement for getting brands in front of target audiences.
  • Ability to think beyond the obvious and remain curious.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Experience in events, sales, business development, or a similar commercial role.
  • Love for cats and dogs.
  • Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not offered).
