About the Role

The Data Associate is responsible for assisting Data Managers.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative duties, including maintaining contact information, filing, and handling incoming mail.
  • Enter data into an electronic data capture system.
  • Conduct routine data quality control checks.
  • Prepare and track data queries.
  • Generate reports and review their accuracy.
  • Compare coded data against text descriptions for accuracy.
  • Attend conference calls and meetings as required.
  • Provide door coverage when necessary.
  • Assist in staff training.
  • Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • An Associate’s degree or higher.
  • One year of experience in clinical trials or a related field.
  • Proficiency in general computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work with database applications.
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
