Responsibilities
- Organize shoots and productions reliably in the background, ensuring teams, travel, technology, locations, and processes come together at the right time.
- Create and maintain schedules, production documents, travel plans, and organizational overviews, maintaining an overview even with multiple parallel projects.
- Obtain quotes, coordinate service providers, and support with calculations, cost control, billing, and documentation.
- Be present on set during shoots, actively support the team, and ensure the production runs smoothly.
- Take over smaller productions and partial areas increasingly independently and develop step by step towards Production Management.
Requirements
- Good experience in production organization, project coordination, or the media environment.
- Background (training/studies/internship, etc.) in a relevant field.
- Excellent organizational talent, careful work, and ability to maintain an overview.
- Native-level German language skills and good English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Team spirit, initiative, and a hands-on mentality.
- Desire to develop further in the world of moving image production and to take responsibility for own projects and productions in the future.
- Cultural fit is important; the rest can be taught and supported.
