About the Role
Conifer Park is seeking a Counselor, Therapist, I or II to join their Outpatient Team in Rochester, NY. This role involves providing comprehensive psychosocial assessment, diagnostic services, and counseling within an outpatient setting.
Responsibilities
- Function as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Provide comprehensive psychosocial assessment and diagnostic services to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Provide process-oriented and didactic group counseling services.
- Provide individual, family, or crisis counseling to a caseload.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in chemical dependency or related field with 1 year of applicable experience (for Counselor).
- Current CASAC-T or CASAC Certification (for Counselor).
- CPR Certification required within 6 months of hire.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with one year of related experience (for Therapist I).
- Qualified Health Professional (QHP per OASAS 800 Regulations) (for Therapist I).
- Master’s Degree in a related field (for Therapist II).
- Current CASAC, LMHC or LMSW with one year of experience (for Therapist II).
- Background checks, pre-employment & drug screenings required.

Salary/Compensations
- Sign on bonus eligible for Qualifying Health Professionals (QHP)
- Maximum sign on bonus amount is $3,000 paid at three intervals (90 Days, 1 Year and 2 year)
- Sign on bonus amount dependent on Full Time Equivalent Status for selected shift.
