About the Role

Develop sales environments, brand spaces, and interior concepts that are actually produced and built. You will combine creative design with spatial thinking and enjoy developing precise production data for manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Development of design concepts for retail, hospitality, and interior projects
• Design of large-format graphics, wall surfaces, signage systems, and brand communication in space
• Development of material, color, and graphic concepts as well as mood boards
• Creation of high-quality customer presentations
• Creation of print-ready final artwork and precise production data for our own manufacturing
• Close coordination with project management, production, and assembly
• Communication with clients throughout the entire project lifecycle

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in graphic design, communication design, or a comparable field
• Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat)
• Experience in creating final artwork, print data, and production-ready files
• Spatial reasoning and a feel for design in space
• Enjoy working creatively on concepts as well as technically on clean production data
• Interest in retail design, brand communication, and interior design
• Knowledge in the 3D area is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Structured and independent way of working
• High quality standards
• German language skills at least C1 level
