About the Role
Arden University is seeking Associate Lecturers to deliver inspirational teaching and learning experiences in blended and distance learning environments. This flexible, as-needed role allows professionals to contribute to student success through classroom instruction, assessment, and content development at the Berlin campus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom-based sessions and engage students via online platforms
- Provide feedback and enhance the student learning experience
- Participate in standardisation exercises and undertake formative and summative marking
- Provide high-quality supervision and guidance for student projects and dissertations
- Develop or revise engaging lecture and learning content while ensuring copyright compliance
- Participate in meetings, peer reviews, and staff development activities
Requirements
- Experience as a Higher Education Lecturer or relevant industry practice
- Must reside in Germany to be eligible
