About the Role
As an outpatient orthopedic clinician, you will have the opportunity to work with patients varying in age and diagnosis based on each clinic's specialty. Our treatment sessions are individualized, allowing a patient-centered focus and approach. Responsibilities
- Create the opportunity for impact.
- Pursue multiple professional tracks, including mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non-treating roles, clinic leadership, and future clinic partnership opportunities.
- Utilize ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time and spend more quality time with patients.
- Engage in continuous improvement of patient outcomes, patient access, and investing in the best technology.
Requirements
- License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state.
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Eagerness to grow & learn.
- Interest in pursuing a specialty outside of your standard ortho (sports, pelvic, vestibular, peds, neuro, geriatrics, etc.).
- Team player.

Salary/Compensations
- $90,000-$105,000/year
- Up to an additional $1,192.31 per paycheck ($31,000 annually) via clinician bonus plan
- Welcome bonuses or student loan repayment offered for certain opportunities (up to $10K)
